The crane contacted 7200 volt power distribution line running along the road while an employee was holding onto the rigging chains. The employee was electrocuted. The employer did not ensure employees were trained in identifying, recognizing, or the hazards associated working in proximity to power lines nor were they trained in methods to avoid contact with power lines.
