29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: In the wood working shop: On or about May 22, 2019, employer did not ensure to install an adjusting guard which completely enclosed the blade above the cutting stock. This condition exposed employee to cuts and potential amputations.
