At a worksite located at 16 Main Street, Parkville, Missouri 64152, an employee was exposed to serious struck by hazards. The employee was engaged in framing work while utilizing various hand tools and a pneumatic nail gun without appropriate eye or face protection. The employee was exposed to flying debris that had the potential to cause eye or face injuries.
