29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) On or about May 23, 2019, at the middle blue cable cutting station, the employer failed to ensure the flexible cord attached to the take-up coil's 120-volt foot control was provided with strain relief that would prevent pull from being transmitted directly to electrical joints or terminal screws.  b) On or about May 23, 2019, at the middle green cable cutting station, the employer failed to ensure the flexible cord attached to the take-up coil's 120-volt foot control was provided with strain relief that would prevent pull from being transmitted directly to electrical joints or terminal screws.
