29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: On or about May 20, 2019 at Marshalls, Airline Hwy, Gonzales, LA the employer failed to ensure that an electrical cord set found to be damaged was taken out of service. Employees were allowed to utilize an extension cord that had the inner wiring protruding out of the outer protective covering as a power source for a Dewalt circular saw.
