29 CFR 1910.38(e): The employer did not designate and train employees to assist in a safe and orderly evacuation of other employees:    Employee evacuation, during a power outage of the facility on 5-8-19 that resulted in loss of ventilation on the pickle line, was not conducted immediately and in a manner to prevent exposure to acid mist, because of incorrect management of evacuation.  Management was not trained on correct evacuation.    IN THE ALTERNATIVE:  29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): Employee training did not include the measures employees can take to protect themselves from chemical hazards, including specific procedures the employer had implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures and personal protective equipment to be used:    Management was not trained on correct evacuation from the pickling line with the loss of ventilation.
