29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about May 22, 2019, at the jobsite located at the intersection of State Highway N, Dardenne Prairie, Missouri 63386, an employee for Viking Corp was observed mounting ground cable to a utility pole in an aerial lift (Haulotte Group; Serial Number: 55A15-00039; YR MFG: 2015; Model: 5533A) without the proper use of fall protection. The fall distance to the ground below was greater than 10 feet.
