29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Work site was located at 15 North Morris Street, Dover, NJ 07801 A subcontractor's employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet to the ground below as they stripped an existing roof of its shingles without the use of guardrails or fall protection. Violation occurred on or about May 22, 2019.

Violation occurred on or about May 22, 2019.
