29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: On or about May 23, 2019, an employee was exposed to tripping hazards when performing fire watch duties during welding activities and the walking surfaces were not clear of items which posed tripping hazards.
