29 CFR 1926.20(a)(1): The contractor and or subcontractor that employed laborers and mechanics to perform construction work by order of the contract did not provide, as required by Section 107 of the ACT, working conditions that were sanitary and without hazards or danger to their employees health or safety. a) On or about May 24, 2019, on the second (2nd) floor of the jobsite in the main hallway of the structure, the employer did not insure that employees were supplied with a workplace that was free of recognized hazards, such as slips, trips and falls, and the electrical hazards associated with electrical cords which were positioned across aisles, in walkways, and in a wet environment.

29 CFR 1926.405(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed so as to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures. (a) On or about May 24, 2019, an electrical enclosure cabinet used to distribute power for construction efforts on the second (2nd) floor, had not been installed in a way that would prevent moisture from entering the panel and from being damaged by construction activities. The electrical cabinet enclosure was laying on the floor that had accumulated water. This exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
