29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): All lamps for general illumination shall be protected from accidental contact or breakage. Metal-case sockets shall be grounded. (a) In the main hallway of the 1st floor of the structure, the 3rd light from the end of the string on the West side of the hallway was open and not properly secured, exposing employees to hazards related to accidental bulb breakage, and contact with exposed electrical current.
