Location - 200 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA. Instance A) On or about May 23, 2019, an employee was not protected from falling while working/walking on the roof greater than fifty three feet above lower level where fall protection was not used. Instance B) On or about May 23, 2019, an employee was not protected from falling while working/walking on the roof (tower section) greater than fifty three feet above lower level where fall protection was not used.
