29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:    On or about April 08, 2019, at 2635/2615 NE 205th Street, Miami, Florida, 33180,  an employee was operating a portable, power-driven circular saw, in preparation of the construction of a wooden fence, during which the employer did not instruct the employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions, nor did the employer instruct the employee in the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate the exposure to potential injuries from the saw; therefore exposing the employee to electrical and amputation type hazards.    NOTE: CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
