29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: a) 601 Naamans Road, Claymont, Delaware - On or about May 27th, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that a pallet containing bags of prepared mulch was stable on the pallet, or safely arranged while transported on a powered industrial truck, resulting in an employee being struck by a falling load when the entire pallet was lifted by a powered industrial truck.
