Marcelo Perez Estrada, Buford, GA - On  or about 05/10/2019, at London Trace-Century Communities LLC Lot #6, employees were observed exposed to fall hazards with a roof slope of 6/12 while performing roofing work at a height above 25-feet to the ground lower level without fall protection systems.
