29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6): The employer did not ensure that all nameplates or markings were maintained in a legible condition: Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards. Employees engaged in material handing activities using the Komatsu FG20 forklift were exposed to stuck-by hazards in that the data plate, that identifies the various rated capacities of the forklift at different load configurations, was not legible. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: Employees were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards. Employees engaged in housekeeping and grain handling activities in the elevator A and elevator B were exposed to fire and electrical shock hazards in that the disconnecting means, circuit breaker boxes at the following locations were not properly labeled to indicate their intended use for the equipment listed below. a) Elevator A - Main Floor - Electrical Room - The circuit breaker load center box was not labeled. b) Elevator A - Main Floor - Electrical Room - 2 of the Square D ON/OFF safety switch boxes were not labeled. c) Elevator A - Head House - Top Level - The East Leg ON/OFF safety switch box was not labeled d) Elevator B - Main Floor - Electrical Room - The Square D breaker box was not labeled. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
