29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a. On or about 05/18/2019 at 11101 U.S. Hwy 44 in Tavares, Florida, an employee suffered a work-related injury and was hospitalized. The employer was aware of the in-patient hospitalization on 05/19/19 around 1:30 A.M. The employer notified OSHA on 05/21/19 at 3:39 P.M. of the in-patient hospitalization.
