(b) Heritage Independent Living- Basement Shop: On or about May 21, 2019 and at times prior: A DeWalt Abrasive Miter Saw, Chicago Electric Sliding Compound Miter Saw, and Delta Drill press were plugged into a surge protector (relocatable power tap). The surge protectors were designed for office environments and low amperage computer equipment. The UL listing states that relocatable power taps (surge protectors) are designed for low amperage computer and audiovisual types of equipment

This exposes employees to possible broken glass, and electrical shock hazards.
