Aetna Machine Company, Inc.; DOALL horizontal Model #C916 - On or about 5/28/19, and at times prior thereto, the unused portion of the saw blade on the horizontal band saw was not guarded. The left side of the blade and the guide rolls were not guarded.

Both sides had stone wheels mounted on the grinder.
