Caution shall be exercised when handling off-center loads which cannot be centered.    a) On May 20, 2019 while moving an twenty (20) foot long, twenty two (22) inches wide Cat Walk for the Auto Tec line #11 employees were exposed to struck by hazards, in that the Cat Walk was not stable, secured and centered to prevent from movement. Caution was not exercised in that the load fell off and struck an employee.
