29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Location - 179 Highland Ave., Somerville, MA, 02143 On or about May 25, 2019, employee was not protected from fall hazards greater than 6 feet while performing roofing on the roof of a garage. Benjamin Construction Group, Inc., was previously cited for 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990646, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 96 Stanton Avenue, Revere, MA.
