29 CFR 1910.66(e)(9): A written emergency action plan was not developed and implemented for each kind of working platform operation. This plan did not explain the emergency procedures which are to be followed in the event of a power failure, equipment failure or other emergencies which may be encountered. This violation occurred on or about May 10, 2019, and at times prior thereto, for working over the notches on the Devon Energy Center, ABM Building Services, LLC did not adequately develop and implement an emergency action plan to address rescue operations when employees are in a work platform and the work platform control panel had been disabled.
