29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Roof Surfaces: On or about February 8, 2019, the employer did not ensure fall protection was used while working and walking near the unprotected edges of the roof surfaces which exposed an employee to falls of approximately 22-feet to the ground below. b) Second Level: On or about February 8, 2019, the employer did not ensure fall protection was used while working and walking near an unprotected wall opening on the second level which exposed an employee to falls of approximately 16-feet to the ground below.
