29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    (a) On or about May 13, 2019, Sterling Custom Homes, Inc., as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of K.C.L. Framing LLC, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
