At the front entrance, on or about 5/28/19: The entrance stairway was equipped with a railing which was attached to the concrete stairs at three points. The concrete had completely broken away from the center stanchion and the other two stanchions were rusting at their bases presenting an unsafe condition. Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
