29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards: Location: 13 Mohawk Rd Ossining NY 10562 a) On or about May 29th, 2019, Employees used extension ladders to access a roof at a height of 20 feet. The ladders were improperly set-up. The employees were not trained to recognize the hazard and the procedures required to minimize the hazard.
