29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were not kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: a) CNC Router: On or about May 30, 2019, and times prior, a build-up of saw dust was found on/around machines, and control boxes. The dust was tested to be combustible and is not cleaned at the end of each day.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i: a) CNC Router: On or about May 29, 2019, and times prior, employees used compressed air to blow saw dust and debris from around edger and saws. The air gun was not equipped with a safety nozzle and air blew at 43 p.s.i.
