29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and a) Pasteurizing Room: The moving parts of the milk filling and cap machine were not guarded to prevent an operators from putting hands near the point of operations. b) Pasteurizing Room: The rotating intake auger drive and intake auger were not guarded. c) Bottle Washing: The rotating shaft at the case washer, was not fully guarded.
