On or about May 31, 2019, two employees did not use appropriate eye protection when operating a pneumatic roofing nailer at front entrance roof, exposing them to struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about May 31, 2019, two employees at front entrance roof area were exposed to a 9 foot 6 inch fall hazard while not protected with fall protection systems.    b. On or about May 31, 2019, an employee at rear entrance roof was  exposed to a 9 foot 6 inch fall hazard while not protected with fall protection systems.     c.  On or about May 31, 2019, two employees at the rooftop were exposed to a fall hazard exceeding 20 feet while not protected with fall protection systems.
