29 CFR 1910.27(a): Scaffolds used in general industry did not meet the requirements in 29 CFR part 1926, subpart L (Scaffolds) in that, Scaffolds were not stabilized to prevent tipping during movement: On or about and times prior to: 5/31/2019 Location: Production floor, North side a) The employer modified two mobile scaffolds into a structure; and used it not for construction, alteration and/or repair but in such a way that it was not intended by the manufacturer. Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-between hazards from overturning.
