29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(i): Lift controls were not tested each day prior to use as required to determine that such controls were in safe working condition: On or about 05/31/2019, on Saddle Club Road near Ranch Road, Weston, Florida, an employee was trimming a tree from the basket of an articulating bucket truck. The controls had not been inspected and the cut-off button was inoperable and the forward control did not have a safety lock exposing the employee to a crushed-by hazard. -
