OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees riding as passenger on a front end loader that was not equipped with additional seats, seat belts and rollover protective structure: On or about May 30 2019, at the job site located at SW 13 St and Peters Rd, Plantation FL, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard when riding as passengers were riding in the front bucket on a front end loader.
