29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, a personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure as provided by another provision in paragraph (b) of this section:    a. Employees performing  truss installation work six feet or more above the ground are not protected from fall hazards by a fall protection system.     The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on May 24, 2019,  when the foreman/project manager and a employee were installing roof trusses of a two-story residence at 1746 Art Museum Dr., Jacksonville, Florida 32207 without the use of complete fall protection systems.  An employee was exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet and 18 feet 10 feet inches.        The LN Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1077825,  citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on August 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 9435 Thorn Glen Road, Jacksonville, Florida.    The LN Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFS 1926.501(b)(13),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1252266 citation number 02, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at  9488 Thorn Glen Road, Jacksonville, Florida.
