29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i): Building and facility owners did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) at the work site. Employers and building and facility owners did not exercise due diligence in complying with these requirements to inform employers and employees about the presence and location of ACM and PACM: 240 Barber Ave, Worcester MA: On or about 12/19/18 and 12/20/18, presumed asbestos containing roofing material was removed, and the building and facility owner did not determine the presence of ACM and/or PACM at the worksite. The building and facility owner did not exercise due diligence in complying with these requirements to inform employers and employees about the presence and location of ACM and PACM.
