29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with guard rails, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Hogan Roofing at 916 Summit Blvd. Frisco, CO 80443: On or before 6/4/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a commercial building with a pitch of approximately 5/12 and a fall distance of 15 feet were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 15 feet.
