29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records within the four business hours: Juneau International Airport: On or about May 28, 2019, injury and illness records for the establishment were not provided within four (4) hours of the request. These records included the 2016, 2017, 2018 OSHA Form 300 (Log of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses) and OSHA Form 300A (Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses). This condition limited the ability to conduct a thorough inspection of the workplace.
