29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501: (a) A Roofing Solutions LLC at 13872 Del Corso Way in Broomfield, CO 80020: On or before 06/03/19, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards while performing roofing work on a residential property. Two employees were performing new roofing work without the use of fall protection or a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet.
