29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a. 600 Somerset Corporate Rd., Bridgewater, NJ - South Elevation Roof    The employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls.  Employees engaged in commercial construction activities were observed taking curb measurements at the edge of the 7 story building without any means of fall protection.     Violation observed on or about June 3, 2019
