29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface. (a) High Speed Tray Shorter #1 & #2- 1001 California Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about May 19, 2019, employees were exposed to tripping hazards from the older style anti-fatigue mats around the High Speed Tray Shorter #1 & #2, due to the wear and tear of the mats.
