29 CFR 1926.300(a): All hand and power tools and similar equipment, whether furnished by the employer or employee, were not maintained in a safe condition: On or about June 4, 2019, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the DeWalt Grinder used to cut off the metal anchor brackets had a guard installed of the non-cutting portion of the blade, exposing employees to the hazard of being stuck by sparks and flying debris.
