(b) In the production area at the press brake identified as Toyokoki HYB-085, on June 5, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer did not provide one or more methods of machine guarding to protect the operator and other employees from the hazards created by the dies in the press brake at the point of operation. (c) In the production area at the press brake identified as Niagara HBM-100-8-10, on June 5, 2019 and at times prior to, the employer did not provide one or more methods of machine guarding to protect the operator and other employees from the hazards created by the dies in the press brake at the point of operation.
