29 CFR 1960.59(a): The Agency did not provide appropriate safety and health training for employees: On or about 06/04/2019 and times prior thereto, located at the future Quantico Marine Mart. Building #27406 at MCBI St. and Hot Patch Rd. Quantico, VA 27406, the employer did not ensure that employees charged with overseeing job sites and enforcing safety rules and regulations were properly trained. NAVFAC employees failed to inspect and oversee a roofing operation where contract employees were exposed to unguarded and unprotected fall hazards greater than 17 feet 6 inches alongside the entire roof perimeter nor did contract employee(s) have any approved anchor points for fall protection. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
