29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Building 12 - On or about June 1, 2019, the employer allowed employees to work from the roof truss beams that were approximately 9'-1" above the third floor decking without being protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. b) Building 12 - On or about June 1, 2019, employees were exposed to a 19'-8" and a 9'-1" fall hazard, in that, the anchor points used while working from the roof truss beams were inadequate. The truss section had not been restrained, braced and sheathed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions to provide a suitable structure to establish an anchor point.
