29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) E.C.H. Will Line, North Park Cut Size Production, 1104 North Park Drive, Humboldt Industrial Park, Hazle Township, PA - Employees loaded reams of paper by hand onto a conveyor that had an unguarded ingoing nip point thereby exposing the employees to a caught-in hazard, on or about June 6, 2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for the violation.
