29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:  a) Facility: On June 3, 2019 and at times prior thereto the employer had not developed and documented specific lock-out tag-out procedural steps for each type of equipment worked on.  Employees performed scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the Krause baler machine, including but not limited to preventative maintenance,  changing limit and interlock switches and gripper pins.     Note) Certification of corrective action is required for this item.
