29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) E1 Roofing, LLC at 3635 W 29th Ave. Greeley, CO 80634: On or before 6/7/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a two story apartment building with a 7/12 roof slope were not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 18 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) E1 Roofing, LLC at 3635 W 29th Ave. Greeley, CO 80634: On or before 6/7/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that portable ladders used to access the roof did not extend at least three feet beyond the eave of the roof. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards.
