29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: A. On or about April 29, 2019, Picking Station: Three employees, picking at high speed, were exposed to inhalation hazards after a pressurized gas tank exploded in the shredder. The employees were admitted to the hospital and treated. The hospitalizations were not reported to the OSHA Area Office within 24 hours.
