29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  On or about 6/7/2019, at Give Me Chills LLC DBA Chill'N Nitrogen Ice cream & Yogurt located at 2238 Weston Rd, Weston FL 33326, the employer did not provide a quick drenching or flushing facility for eyes made readily available to employees who were exposed to hazardous chemical, including but not limited to, Lime-A-Away (a corrosive with a pH of 0.1 to 0.2).

The employer did not implement engineering controls and work practices as necessary to protect employees making ice cream using liquid nitrogen from an asphyxiation hazard.
