During abrasive blasting of small tanks the employees only wore a half-mask air purifying respirator which did not provide full protection. Observed On or About September 23, 2019.                       Change Citation to read as follows:                a. 1785 New London Road, Landenberg, PA 19356 - The employer did not wear a                  respirator approved by The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health                          (NIOSH) for abrasive blasting hazards which cover the head, neck and                                           shoulders.
