29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) M&J Construction, LLC at 17988 106th Pl. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before 6/8/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that an employee working on a patio which was not equipped with guard rails was not wearing fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) M&J Construction, LLC at 17988 106th Pl. Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before 6/8/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that an employee working on a patio was using a step ladder improperly. The step ladder was folded and leaning against the building. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards.
